There will be 3-days warranty with cleaning. We will come once again to sort the cleaning issues.

Walls and Blinds not included in reclean.

Unless agreed otherwise, we need full payment at the start of job

For outside and garage areas we do brooming only.
Garden area, bins cleaning, grouting of floors and other outside work is not included.

Furniture and Furnishings not included in cleaning.

We will do stain treatment, yet we cannot give a guarantee that all stains will go completely.

Our Carpet /Upholstery/Mattress/Rugs cleaning service is performed to industry standards and with professional care. However, due to the variable nature of materials and stains, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or the restoration their original condition.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unexpected situations may necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments or reservations. For the convenience of both our customers and Best Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control employees, we have established the following policies:

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time, you will be required to provide a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total ticket cost or pre-pay the invoice in full to secure the new date and re-allocate our resources for you. Once the deposit or payment is received, we will work with you to find a mutually suitable date and time for the rescheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We request that the customer inform us of any cancellations a minimum of 72 hours before their scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made within 48 hours of the appointment time and date, a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the total ticket or work order cost will be charged. In the event of cancellations on the appointment day or upon arrival, 75% of the total ticket or work order cost will be charged. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time and compensate for our employees’ downtime that could have been otherwise allocated to other customers.
